Duke Commercial has expanded the skillsets and capabilities of the internal team, so that we can serve you better. With new team members, new technologies, and a desire to always be learning something new, we continue to build upon what we can offer our clients.

GREATER CAPACITY.
Duke Commercial now has greater capacity to take on more involved and complicated projects. Over the past 12-18 months, we have added 3 new team members, to expand our design team as well as our field team, allowing us to pay even more attention to each client throughout the entire project.

IMPROVED SYSTEMS.
Duke Commercial now utilizes digital project schedules that update our partners of projected work on a weekly basis, which allows everyone to be on the same page and can ultimately streamline the timeline. We’ve also added digital job logs, change orders, and e-signing to the mix.

It all begins with an idea. But being able to visualize an idea or a 2D plan may not cut it for some. We now offer 3D renderings for our clients, so that they can visualize the interior and exterior space during the design stage and avoid costly changes during the construction stage.
Expanded Team.
Duke Commercial, Duke Homes, and Duke Renovations share office staff so that our clients do not have to pay higher overhead costs. With a good supporting cast in place, we’ve also been able to add an additional project manager, an architect, and a selections coordinator to the Duke Commercial team, so that we can serve each of our clients with the utmost attention.
